It’s nearly Father’s Day! Time to spoil your old man!

We’re back!

Here we are, at the end of what is hopefully the last lockdown! Restaurants and pubs are reopening, we’re allowed to meet with more people, and we’re getting a slice of normality back! But after another 4 months in lockdown, living in pyjama bottoms with my hair up like Pebbles Flintstone, I’m not sure I’m equipped for a night out again. Even if I want to style my hair, I’m not convinced I’ll get a brush through it!

I’m sure we’ll all get back into the swing of things soon enough, and we couldn’t be more excited about the reopening of the shop on the 26th of April! All covid rules are being followed, so you can feel safe whatever you pop in for!

We’re so much more than just a gift shop as well, and have everything you need to spruce up your outfit for that long awaited beer garden fizz. So let me talk you through some of our must haves for finally leaving the house again:

Bags are a much needed accessory, especially with the amount we need to lug about at the moment. Hand sanitiser, face mask, anti-bac wipes to name a few, so you need somewhere to hold it all!

We have so many different styles, shapes and sizes for you to chose from, but my personal favourite for spring has to be this amazing Earth Squared lemon sherbet backpack.

We have scarves to match almost all of the bags in our shop. I can be guilty of dressing all in black so a light or bright bag and matching scarf is a great way to add a pop of colour and contrast to an outfit without stepping too far out my comfort zone. It can also be a good way to add a bit of fun like with this blue bumble bee scarf

Mothers Day

Can you believe that it’s been almost a year since we first went into lockdown? It happened just after Mother’s Day 2020, and a lot of us decided in advanced it would be safer not to spend the day with our Mums just in case, making this the second Mothers Day in a row that this pandemic has affected.

So let’s go a bit daft this year! No just putting a card in the post. No petrol station flowers. This year, get a proper little keepsake that she can see around the house until you can go and visit a bit more often.
